As a young chef, it's quite hard to work in gastronomy. Whether you have a big goal, or just want to survive, you need to be a strong individual, physically and mentally. Since then, I've become much more successful, whether talking about my job, schoolwork, and even private life. Improving on all of these topics feels pretty amazing and I highly recommend you to at least try it out!
